Waterproof treatment

1、The waterproof layer (with decorative effect): 

Full-effective waterproof latex paint. 

Thickness: 0.3~0.5mm

Substrate reinforced layer: non-woven fabric or fiberglass cloth.

2、Waterproof layer: 

Full-effective waterproof latex paint. 

Thickness: 0.5~1.0mm

3、Leveling layer

4、Structural layer: wall, based on the engineering design

Recommended material: IJFT100A  IJFT100B

Accessories: non-woven fabric, Quick Leaking Stoppage Material 

Easy application: 

• Three coating layers and one cloth layer.

• The thickness of the first waterproof layer should be 0.5mm.

• Completely lay the cloth on first waterproof layer. 

• The thickness should be 0.3mm. 

• The thickness of the third and fourth waterproof layer should be 0.5mm.

5、Key points:

The thickness of waterproof layer for the roof must reach 1.5mm. And then lay the non-woven fabric completely on the waterproof layer to enhance the toughness. The corner should do the arc processing with Quick Leaking Stoppage Material. Then apply mortar protection layer in 2mm.

Treatment on exterior wall

1、waterproof treatment on the wall

Including the waterproof treatment of the downstream face of interior wall and the upstream face of exterior wall

• Downstream face：Waterproof mortar: waterproof emulsion slurry: cement: fine sand = 1:3:2:4 (weight ratio)

• Upstream face: waterproof mortar: waterproof emulsion slurry: cement=1:0:8 (weight ratio)

2、 Waterproof treatment on the wall

Including the waterproof treatment of the downstream face of interior wall and the upstream face of exterior wall

Waterproof treatment on the downstream face of the tiled surface of the interior wall

Substrate treatment: 

The substrate should be solid, smooth without air bubble, loose material, holes or grease.

Glue for substrate: 

when the smoothness of the substrate is poor, add appropriate amount of water into the waterproof emulsion slurry (waterproof emulsion slurry : water=1:2). After mixing evenly, apply it on the base surface as primer.

Waterproof layer: 

Mix the waterproof mortar according to the 

weight ratio: 

waterproof emulsion slurry: cement: sand= 1:3:2:4. 

Scrap waterproof mortar over two times and press it forcefully. The thickness of the scraping layer depends on specific requirement.

Waterproof treatment on upstream face of the finish surface on the exterior wall

Substrate treatment: 

The substrate should be solid, smooth without air bubble, loose material, holes or grease.

Glue for substrate: 

When the smoothness of substrate is poor, add an appropriate amount of water into the waterproof emulsion slurry (waterproof emulsion slurry : water=1:2). After mixing evenly, apply it on the base surface as primer.

Waterproof layer: 

Mix the waterproof paint evenly according to the weight ratio (waterproof emulsion slurry: cement = 1:0.8), and apply it on the substrate for over 3 times until the thickness reaches the waterproof requirement. The interval of brushing is about 2~4 hours (Touch dry would be the basic standard)

Reinforcement treatment: 

If needed, use non-woven fabric as base between coatings to enhance the waterproof layer. The common amount of mixture is 1.5~2 kg/m , or ensure the amount according to different thickness. 

Easy application: 

Brush for two times, the thickness of paint film for the first time and the second time should be 0.5mm.

Key points: 

Suitable for the house leakage. The paint film should be even and the thickness should be up to 1mm.
