1、This process is suitable for suite furniture, hotel furniture, jewel box, picture frame and other crafts 2、Special attention shall be paid to the water content of the substrate. The substrate shall be dried to the equivalent water content level of local wood. 3、In summer, if the weather is of high temperature and high humidity, corresponding measures shall be taken to avoid whitening, blistering, pinholes and other faults in such environment; In winter, the temperature is low and corresponding measures shall be taken to avoid slow drying, sagging, ribbing, mixing with sand, dents, after-tack and other faults. 4、In gluing procedure, special attention shall be paid to: the gluing shall be made uniformly and flat without piling up (especially in grooves and edges). It shall be dries to the proper content; otherwise hidden problem like poor adhesion may exist. 5、The gold and silver foil shall be pasted flat without wrinkling or show-through; otherwise hidden problem like poor adhesion may exist. 6、Special attention shall be paid to the viscosity of the sprayed paint, which is the fundamental condition to ensure paint film quality. 7、The viscosity of sprayed paint in this process subject to the measurement of IWATA No.2 cup. 8、The special varnish for gold/silver foil dries slowly. The drying time in winter shall be longer or make heated drying after natural drying. 9、The special varnish for gold/silver foil shall be sprayed thinly; otherwise, the underlying gold/silver foil may easily lift. 10、If there is requirement for low odor, odorless products can be used. 11、To ensure the paint quality in this process, all the paint used must be the matching paint. | ||||
